Getting started
What is PulseChat?
PulseChat is an AI toolkit you use from your phone. You can chat with an AI assistant, create images, make short videos, build a CV, and generate presentation slides.
How do I sign in?
There are two ways. If you received a link by SMS, tapping it signs you in automatically. Otherwise, go to the login page and enter your mobile number and your 4-digit password.
I don't know my password.
Tap Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the instructions to have it sent to you by SMS.
It says "No account found". What does that mean?
There is no subscription linked to that mobile number. Tap Sign up to subscribe.
It says "Wrong credentials".
The mobile number or the password is incorrect. Check the number, and remember the password is the 4-digit code that was sent to you, not one you chose yourself.
Subscription and billing
How much does it cost?
The price and how often you are charged are shown before you confirm your subscription, and in the confirmation message you receive. Charges appear on your Telecel Ghana mobile account.
How do I cancel?
Send STOP to 2126 from your Telecel line. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
It says "Insufficient funds".
Your subscription is active but the last renewal charge could not be taken. Top up your Telecel balance and access is restored once the charge goes through.
Where do I see my subscription status?
On the Profile page. It shows whether you are subscribed, whether you can currently access the tools, and the date your access runs until.
Using the tools
Is there a limit to how much I can use?
Chat is unlimited. The other tools have a daily allowance per subscriber:
- Images: 5 per day
- Videos: 4 per day
- CVs: 3 per day
- Presentations: 3 per day
The counter is shown at the top of each tool, and allowances reset every day.
A generation failed. Did it use up my allowance?
No. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the allowance is returned to you automatically.
How long does a video take?
Usually one to three minutes. You can leave the page and come back; the video appears in your gallery when it is ready.
What languages can I use?
The service is in English. For image generation you can describe your image in another language and it will be translated automatically before the image is created.
Your files
How long are my files kept?
Four days. After that, images, videos, CVs and presentations are deleted automatically.
Why are they deleted?
To keep storage manageable and to limit how long your content is stored on our servers. Every file has a download button while it is available.
Can you recover a deleted file?
No. Once a file is deleted it cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep.
Who owns the content I create?
You do. You can use it for personal or commercial purposes.
Privacy
What information do you hold about me?
Your mobile number when you sign in with it, your subscriber identifier, what you submit to the tools, the content generated for you, and usage counts for the daily limits. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Who else sees my requests?
Your requests are sent to the AI companies that produce the results: OpenAI, Google, Stability AI, Runway, Luma AI and Unsplash. Presentations are displayed using Google's document viewer. Do not submit financial details, health information or other people's personal data.
